Role: Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Deliver clear and accurate monthly management reporting and insightful commentary. Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support decision-making. Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve processes. Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements. Experience required: Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Background in SME, project-based environments such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing. Strong business partnering experience, working closely with operational teams to drive performance. Proven financial modelling skills to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
