We are looking for Head of Campaigns for Aerospace and Simulation business unit, you'll take full ownership of identifying, developing, and winning high-value business opportunities. You'll lead bid capture activities from pipeline development through to contract award, delivering quality & compliant solutions that meet client and company goals. Working closely with internal delivery and strategy teams, you'll help shape the future of my clients UK defence capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own a robust pipeline of business opportunities aligned to the 5-year Integrated Business Plan
* Build and maintain strong relationships with defence industry stakeholders to elevate brand visibility and market presence
* Lead, coach and inspire the Business Winning team
* Manage high-quality, timely and budget aligned bids that reflect client needs and operational viability
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Programme/Project Managers, Marketing, Engineering and Commercial to ensure seamless solution delivery
* Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and potential growth areas to expand the business offering
* Support existing contracts and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in leading business-winning or campaign activities within the defence or aerospace sector
* Background within Air (Army / RAF)
* Strong track record of delivering winning bids in a complex/ regulated environment
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and stakeholder management expertise
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities
