We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide support and assistance to individuals in their own homes in the Stokesley, Great Ayton, Hutton Rudby areas. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through person centred care. Experience in care is desirable but not essential as recruits without care qualifications will be received training to complete the Care Certificate. Responsibilities Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as required Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment Staff must have due regard for the dignity and privacy of clients while performing domestic, caring and social duties and encourage the independence of clients regardless of the amount of personal assistance they require. To undertake any reasonable duties as directed by a Manager or requested by the client. Qualifications Previous experience in care advantageous but not essential as training will be provided A valid UK driving licence and a car is required as the roles involves travelling between client’s homes. Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience Flexibility to work various shifts including days nights, evenings, or weekends as needed A caring attitude with a genuine desire to improve the wellbeing of others This role offers a career within the healthcare sector for those passionate about caring for others.
