Samurai is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Sales & Office Administration Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping systems running efficiently.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egham. You will provide administrative support to the sales team, manage daily office operations, and maintain organised records. Your responsibilities will include supporting customer service operations by responding to inquiries and ensuring efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation
* Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales data
* Track orders, deliveries, and payments, following up when required
* Act as a point of contact for customer queries via email and phone
* Assist with sales reporting and dashboards
* Maintain data accuracy across systems
Office Administration
* Manage general office and logistics administration, including filing systems
* Order office and business supplies and maintain stock levels
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
* Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and general correspondence
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
General Support
* Assist with projects across sales, marketing, and operations
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents
* Support the wider team to ensure the office operates smoothly and effectively
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or sales support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience using Salesforce CRM
* Basic understanding of sales processes and order management
* Experience in a B2B environment
* Must have access to reliable personal transportation
