We’re working with a well‑established business delivering specialist interior solutions, to hire an Account Executive who can manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation through to long‑term client relationships. This is less “smash the phones” and more build trust, uncover needs, and create tailored solutions.
The Role
This is a 360 position, giving you ownership of your pipeline and relationships from day one.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and opportunities
* Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, project requirements, and timelines
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders across commercial interiors and workspace environments
* Manage deals end-to-end — from initial outreach through to close and beyond
* Collaborate internally to ensure client solutions are delivered effectively
* Focus on long‑term value, repeat business, and account growth
