We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of an ambitious project funded by the Nature Networks Fund, which aims to improve habitats for nature, offer skills development opportunities in the countryside sector, and inspire more people to get outside.
This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours a week and is a fixed-term contract for 31 months.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll collaborate with the project officer, project ecologist, property teams, external consultants, and contractors from project design through to handover, answering queries and collating information.
What you'll be doing
You’ll support the setup at each property, updating and maintaining key project trackers, including finances and workbooks. You will assist the project manager to ensure adherence to the project management framework. You’ll support the use and updating of the Sustainable Development Tool and the Everyone Welcome Tool, and collate handover information for each property alongside external consultants.
You'll coordinate and arrange meetings, site visits, and access to properties for internal colleagues and external stakeholders, providing updates to properties, general managers, and other key stakeholders.
During ongoing works, you’ll support the property team with interpretation, coordination, and arranging project board meetings, taking minutes, and updating the project workbook to reflect outcomes.
