As a Chef de Partie at our
Knightsbridge Hotel, you will be an integral part of our dynamic kitchen
brigade, contributing to the seamless execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner

kitchen, you will play a key role in delivering culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Execute kitchen operations with confidence and
precision, thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Exhibit a deep passion for food, infusing
creativity and flair into every dish you prepare.
* Collaborate seamlessly with our culinary team,
ensuring smooth coordination during service.
* Supervise and mentor a small team, fostering a

* Oversee stock levels and assist with ordering
within your section, optimising efficiency and minimising waste.
* Demonstrate strong organisational and

demonstrating proficiency in kitchen operations.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability
