Description General Dynamics Land Systems is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our team. The successful and inclusive candidate will earn a favourable salary of £44,000 to £55,000 based on experience and potential. This is an ideal role for someone who has a proactive and positive mindset and a keen desire to grow professionally. Joining an established team based at our Merthyr facility, you will work across a range of stakeholders, and be responsible for the design, delivery, and management of Learning & Development programmes within the Land Systems business unit. This will cover the full scope of activities; from shop-floor competency-based training all the way through to leadership development programmes, including managing funding arrangements with provider partners/government. If you were already working in this position, this is what you would have been working on this week: Liaison with the relevant functional Managers to ensure all training requirements are being met and recorded Coordinate annual TNA of functions in order to collate into a whole Org training plan Support management of centralised training budget, exploring funding options. Manage online training programmes, and develop the use of LMS. Support ISO audits and accreditation. Provide monthly reports to Managers and employees detailing current training status and goals Partner with the Enterprise Excellence Team in CI activities and initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Degree Level Education Formal L&D qualification Experience using a range of LMS systems & packages. (Articulate & SAP Success Factors is desirable).
