This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to clients within the community while using a company pool car. Key Responsibilities Attend the office at the start of each shift to collect a pool car Travel between client visits on an allocated run Provide personal care in a respectful and person-centred manner Support with medication administration Assist with meal preparation Offer general support and companionship to service users Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans Training & Support The client will provide: Full day induction Role-specific training Uniform Company pool carThis ensures all staff are fully prepared and confident before starting shifts.
