HOTEL RECEPTIONIST JOB ROLE
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our hotel staff team as Receptionist. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. Job outlined:
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
* Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Operate the booking platforms efficiently
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
* Completing the necessary forms on closing the day
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is a plus
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as the role will suit someone willing to do variable hours
