Salary: £84,000
Location: Oldham, with hybrid working and travel as required
Hours: 37 per week

About the role
Reporting to the Director of Development and Regeneration, you will provide strategic leadership across our development and regeneration portfolio, overseeing projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
You will lead a team of project professionals while managing relationships with developers, contractors, local authorities, Homes England and other strategic partners. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape and deliver FCHO's Homes Strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, investment and regeneration that support our long-term objectives.
You will be responsible for ensuring robust governance, financial control, risk management and regulatory compliance across all programmes, while delivering excellent value for money and positive outcomes for customers and communities.
