Interim Compliance Analyst – (Insurance)
Location: London/Hybrid
Pay: £45, – £55,
An established London Market insurance business is seeking a Compliance Analyst on an interim basis.
The Role
You will support the compliance team in maintaining an effective framework and ensuring the business operates within regulatory requirements.
Duties:
1. Responding to regulatory queries and correspondence
2. Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
3. Identifying, recording and escalating compliance incidents and breaches
4. Supporting delivery of compliance training (e-learning and face-to-face)
5. Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing business impact
6. Supporting compliance oversight of group entities and delegated partners
7. Assisting with broker and intermediary governance arrangements
Experience
8. At least 1 years’ experience in insurance compliance, ideally within the London Market
9. Exposure to regulatory advisory work (conduct, financial crime, licensing or sanctions)
10. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
11. Collaborative, professional and comfortable working in a regulated environment
