This is a pure wireless engineering role for someone who genuinely knows their way around enterprise-grade Aruba wireless environments and wants to operate at 3rd line without being dragged into out-of-hours chaos.
You’ll be joining a specialist networking team where wireless is treated as a core platform, not an afterthought. The focus is on stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement across large, business-critical environments.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 3rd line support for complex Aruba wireless environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced wireless performance, roaming, and stability issues.
• Support and improve enterprise WLAN architectures across multiple sites.
• Work closely with network and security teams to ensure wireless aligns with wider infrastructure standards.
• Contribute to wireless design improvements, optimisations, and best practices.
• Assist with ClearPass-related troubleshooting and policy enforcement where required.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Act as a technical escalation point for wireless-related incidents and problems.
Skills / Must Have:
• Strong, hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless in enterprise environments.
• Proven capability operating at 3rd line wireless support level.
• Solid understanding of WLAN design principles, RF fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting secure wireless networks in regulated or sensitive environments.
• Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC cleared).
Nice to Have:
• Aruba ClearPass experience.
• Aruba certifications (ACMP, ACSP, etc.).
• Experience working across multi-site or nationally distributed estates.
