* Managing the internal communications editorial calendar and building a strong network of contributors.
* Creating and publishing engaging, accessible content across multiple formats (articles, newsletters, campaigns, video).
* Producing simple visual assets and filming/editing internal video content.
* Monitoring performance, analysing engagement data and using insight to improve communications.
* Supporting the rollout and adoption of new internal tools and channels.
* Championing accessible, inclusive and values‑led communication across the organisation.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in internal communications, including managing digital channels (intranet/social platforms).
* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Experience planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
* Confidence using data and analytics to improve engagement.
* Basic design and video editing skills.
* Strong digital skills (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
* A good understanding of accessible and inclusive communication.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
* Experience in a charity, health or social care setting would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
