Overview
Support the Retail & Wholesale Buying function to deliver the ‘best of Boden’ range with our Partners. You’ll be responsible for the administrative processes that keep the team running smoothly.
Location: 3‑4 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.
What You Will Do
* Understand the Boden brand and our partners’ customers.
* Manage buying admin processes to ensure smooth department operation.
* Help prepare weekly trade packs and monthly lessons‑learnt packs.
* Handle product set‑up, share range detail with Partners for a smooth launch.
* Brief the production team on required imagery.
* Proof partner websites to ensure correct launch and follow up on actions.
* Update the department critical path with progress on key tasks.
* Liaise with the Direct team when samples are needed for Partners.
* Stay familiar with range performance, highlight risks and opportunities.
* Support selection preparation, partner visit prep, and content delivery to keep systems accurate.
* Log selections into the system correctly.
* Communicate changes to Partners promptly and accurately.
* Assist with marketing efforts with partners where relevant, supplying images, line lists and sample management.
* Perform ad‑hoc admin tasks to support the team.
