You will sit within the Network Build project delivery team, co-ordinating various project dependencies. Job Role: As the Project Coordinator, you will liaise with local authorities and third parties to arrange permits/notices and ensure timely completion of scheduled works, while maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Managing Streetworks permits and noticing from raising through to closing and registration of works, tracking and managing notices with excellent time-keeping. Maintain strong communication with Site Supervisors, Delivery Managers, and the wider Project Team to ensure TM, permits/notices, and resources are fully aligned. In addition, the role will support the management of planned outages and change requests, while ensuring all RAMS and CPHSP are in place. Duties of the role: * Raising requisitions for purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers. * Assisting the Build Manager with the maintenance of the build plan. * Preparing work packs for engineers. * Assisting the Project Manager with the tracking of project finances. * Requesting and tracking Streetworks notices and permits. * Maintenance of project data and files. * Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders regarding job progress, defect status, and financial transactions.
