About the Role As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations and school policies. You will help create a supportive and structured environment, enabling students to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising students during examinations to ensure a secure and orderly environment
* Distributing and collecting exam papers in line with procedures
* Ensuring exam regulations are strictly followed at all times
* Assisting with setting up examination venues
* Responding to student queries in accordance with guidelines
* Reporting any irregularities or concerns to the exams officer
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is essential
* Strong subject knowledge and academic awareness
* A degree is preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and vigilant under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
