Overview
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm. Start Date: Immediate or by agreement. Company: Park Electrical Services, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading industrial electrical distributors. This is a full-time position based on-site at our office in Belfast (BT3 9JU). Being in reliable commuting distance is essential.

Responsibilities
* As part of the internal sales team, generate and manage customer enquiries through a product selection process to a final offer in a timely manner, with follow-up actions when the customer needs extra support.
* Communicate with customers via trade counter, telephone and email.
* Answer customers’ technical control and switchgear enquiries and other product ranges as required.
* Selection of products to suit customers’ requests and requirements.
* Prepare customer quotations, project enquiries and process orders.
* Deal directly with manufacturers on specific products.
* Select, check and assemble orders as required from the warehouse.
* Provide ongoing customer service, informing on the progress of goods arrival.
Ideal candidate
* Electrical-based knowledge and understanding of switchgear. (Additional and ongoing training will be provided.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive work ethic and the ability to use initiative and work alongside a team.
* Accurate information gathering with a keen eye for detail.
* Sage 200 knowledge and Microsoft Excel knowledge are an advantage but not essential, as training will be given.
* Excellent time-keeping and reliability.
