Salary: £14.42 rotating shifts for mornings and afternoons, £17.30 for night shift
Hours: (Apply online only) and (Apply online only)( rotating) and 22:00-06:00 (fixed)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment.
* Monitor and manage staff attendance, performance, and development.
* Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members.
* Assist in stock management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle any issues or challenges that arise within the team or during operations.
* Report any operational concerns to senior management and provide feedback on team performance.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
* A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
