Contracts & Structured Schedule We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance: Full-Time Contracts: Available at 37.5 or 25 hours a week. Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week. Predictable Rota: All services require 24hr care, but rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance for better personal planning. Shift Details: -Support Worker -Nottingham, NG Days: Between 07:00 – 22:30 Sleep-ins: 22:30 – 07:00 Sleep-In Pay: An enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 is paid per sleep-in shift. What We Look For In You -Support Worker -Nottingham, NG While we provide comprehensive training, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with: Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviors is highly valued. Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
