* £90,000 base + £140k OTE (uncapped)
* Fully Remote
My client is looking for an experienced Account Executive to own the growth of the company’s business across EMEA working alongside the CEO.
They are a leading Systems Integration and Digital Transformation firm specialising in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) & IAM (Intelligent Agreement Management) solutions across EMEA.
What the Account Executive will be doing:
* Lead all EMEA sales operations including pipeline development, forecasting and revenue attainment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial operations and market trends.
* Partner closely with CLM partner alliance teams to co-sell and jointly deliver high-value solutions.
* Create and negotiate SOWs and other contractual documentation
* Maintain a robust knowledge of the evolving CLM & IAM landscape
What the Account Executive will bring:
* 8+ years of B2B technology sales
* Proven success selling Systems Integration, CLM & Intelligent Agreement Management solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to manage both transactional and mid-market deals alongside complex enterprise sales cycles in the six figures.
* Experience of upselling and cross selling bespoke solutions
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
What the Account Executive will get in return
You will receive a basic salary of up to £90,000, uncapped commission structure, career advancement in a global organisation and international travel.
