Join Alcedo Care as a Complex Care Assistant in Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn. Excellent rates of pay £14.00 - £15.00 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £16.16 - £17.31 per hour including holiday pay & pension). Expected average hours - 20 to 40 hours plus per week. Shifts are flexible where possible and we also have opportunities for short shifts or 12-hour shifts days or nights. Responsibilities
* The Complex Care Assistant Role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs, including spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, and neurological disorders.
* You'll be fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses and our training team.
* From specialist care such as PEG, suction and tracheostomy support to assisting with medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks, you'll develop skills that truly make a difference.
* Complex care is about empowering independence and creating moments of joy.
Qualifications
* At least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support — this helps ensure you’re confident and ready to support clients with more advanced needs.
