The role
In this role, you will be working with several sites around the world to support with FP&A and reporting activities for the business unit. You will bring out the story behind the numbers, providing valuable insights and supporting decision-making processes, all with a focus on how the business can keep costs tight and improve margin.

About you
You will be a qualified accountant from either an industry or practice background, with a solid foundation in finance and a desire to start using those numbers to drive a business forward. It will be important to have strong soft skills and be able to provide proven examples of building relationships with different stakeholders in prior roles. The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, possess a commercial mindset, and a natural proactivity and curiosity when it comes to identifying issues and problem solving.
As a Finance Analyst, your role will include, but not be limited to:
* Develop robust forecast processes and support in the budget preparation process
* Drive efficiency and standardisation, ensuring consistency, development and automation of month end tools
* Manage cash flow and implement working capital improvements to support in meeting targets
* Ensures internal controls are maintained in all financial cycles, contributing to balance sheet review processes
* Work closely with the regional finance team to support in managing and coordinating all FP&A matters for the sites within the region
* Perform analysis of financial statements on a monthly basis
* Optimise activities and promote best practice across the region
* Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis vital to the decision-making
* Contribute to local profitability improvement initiatives
