1. Location: Abbey Wood
2. Contract Type: Temporary approx. 4-6 months
3. Start Date: Monday 8th June
4. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch, 35 hours per week)
5. Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
6. Manage complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling to ensure effective use of time
7. Coordinate communications (emails, calls, enquiries) with internal and external stakeholders
8. Arrange meetings, travel, venues, equipment, and refreshments
9. Prepare and organise documentation for meetings, ensuring timely distribution
10. Take accurate minutes and provide full secretarial support for committees and meetings
11. Maintain secure, organised electronic and paper filing systems in line with GDPR
12. Prioritise workload and act on own initiative with discretion and confidentiality
13. Support governance and corporate meetings with agendas, reports, and follow-ups
14. Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new starters, GP trainees, and students
15. Maintain complaints tracker and provide admin support for responses and meetings
16. Coordinate and manage external room bookings
17. Support with admin tasks, including post handling, supplies, and purchasing
18. Assist with policy and procedure reviews to ensure compliance
19. Provide administrative support to estates (e.g., equipment servicing logs)
What We're Looking For:
20. Excellent organisational skills, you can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep everything on track.
21. You have a knack for clear communication, both written and verbal.
22. You have an eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
23. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various office software and tools.
