Ready to step up and make your mark? The Osborne Hotel is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team of six.
Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll help deliver high-quality, fresh food in our 60-cover restaurant and functions up to 100 covers. We focus on seasonal produce, daily specials, and giving our chefs the freedom to bring creativity and flair to every plate.
