We are looking for a full time in-house recruiter to join out Team;
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates
Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle
Work closely with our clients to ensure the correct staffing requirements are met
Handle Right to Work checks and ensure all compliance documentation is completed
Collaborate with a supportive, high-energy internal team
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a recruitment role (healthcare sector desirable)
Confident user of recruitment platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Great telephone manner and fast professional, email response skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
