This Electrical Design Engineer job will suit:
* An Electrical Design Engineer / Electrical Engineer with experience of working within an electrical design focused role.
* Previous experience of working on electrical design projects within the energy or oil & gas or instrumentation or utilities or plant systems or a similar regulated industry sector would be advantageous.
* You will be degree qualified (2:1 and above classification) in an Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
Electrical Design Engineer responsibilities:
* Working on high pressure pipeline and plant systems projects.
* Providing project control from initial approval through to commissioning and handover.
* Providing electrical engineering designs, ensuring good engineering practices are maintained.
* Produce design calculations and production documentation.
* Preparing project plans to ensure work is carried out in accordance with client requirements.
* Provide electrical engineering input into tenders and customer proposals.
