We are looking for
Customer Care Specialist
for our Newry office.
As a
Customer Care Specialist, you will maintain our current customers and support the external salesperson in their role in adding new customers. Developing existing customer relationships will be important to ensure clients use Lektronix for all their spares and repairs needs.
You will achieve sales targets and ensure that each account is managed to reach its potential month after month. You will work alongside external salespeople, who are responsible for adding new customers and supporting existing ones face-to-face.
You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and be based in Newry.
The Responsibilities - you will do:
Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area in Ireland to maximize sales potential.
Maintain customer relationships.
Assess and price all repair and supply jobs, considering individual customer needs and potential.
Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
Coordinate and follow-up on leads, initiate contact, create new leads, and acquire new customers.
Provide information on price, availability, delivery expectations, expedite orders, and track deliveries.
Assist management with decision-making and recommend business development activities.
Handle after-sales queries, investigate complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with workshops, escalate issues, and relay feedback to customers.
Collaborate with Customer Service personnel, Regional Sales Managers, and the Commercial Manager in sales approaches.
The essentials - you will have:
Minimum GCSE Grade C in English & Mathematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience assisting customers via chat and email support in English.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving user issues, maintaining accurate records.
Ability to evaluate systems for positive customer experience and provide solutions promptly.
