As a Service Designer (6-month FTC), you’ll be the expert driving better client journeys. Using insight and research, you will:
* Lead workshops, map journeys, and identify friction points.
* Transform pain points into plans, blueprints, and improvements.
* Influence teams across Client Experience, Insight, Marketing, and Change.
* Champion the client’s voice at all levels, from senior meetings to frontline services.
* Monitor trends and competitors to keep the firm ahead.
* This role involves strategic, hands-on work, managing multiple projects, validating ideas with feedback, and embedding meaningful change for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong experience in service design and a proven record of transforming customer journeys.
Expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complexity.
Experience within professional services, law, or financial sectors.
