The role
As the Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll influence creative direction, help craft new business proposals, and ensure paid strategies deliver real results for clients. You’ll also analyse performance data, create clear reports, present results to clients, and act as a go‑to expert within the wider team.
What you’ll be doing
* Developing and managing paid campaigns across multiple channels
* Writing engaging ad copy with support from the content team
* Monitoring performance and constantly optimising campaigns
* Producing reports and presenting results to clients
* Advising on budgets, channel mix, and ongoing strategy
* Supporting proposals and growth opportunities
* Sharing knowledge and best practice across the team
* Keeping up with the latest trends and platform updates
What they’re looking for
* Around 4 years’ hands‑on paid media experience
* Proven track record of delivering results‑driven campaigns
* Experience managing budgets across search and paid social
* Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting
* Comfortable using data to guide optimisation decisions
* Able to juggle multiple projects and work independently
* Confident communicator, both with clients and internally
* Experience across B2C and B2B, including lead gen and ecommerce
* Exposure to creative campaign planning
* Experience working with other marketing channels to get the best results
