Lagan Services Ltd (part of Lagan Specialist Group) have an Excellent Opportunity for a Placement Student to Join their Small, Supportive HR Team.
Role overview
As part of a small, supportive HR team, you will be encouraged to get involved from day one, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of HR activities. You will support with the effective delivery of HR services across a diverse group of businesses, giving you valuable insight into how employment practices operate within a real business environment.

What you'll bring
Your main skills and experience should include:
Essential
6. Currently studying a degree in HR Management or related subject, and commencing a University Year Placement in academic year 2026-27
7. A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade C or above
8. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
9. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
10. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
11. Be a self-starter with a proactive working approach and a positive, ‘can do’, attitude
12. Be able to work unsupervised and on own initiative
13. Possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
14. Understand the importance of confidentiality and be trustworthy with sensitive information

15. Previous administration experience
16. Previous HR administration experience
