About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join one of our welcoming primary schools in the Fareham area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys helping young learners thrive in a positive, engaging classroom environment.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to Key Stage 1 pupils, inspiring curiosity and confidence while supporting their early development.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience in a Key Stage 1 classroom
* A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching young children
* Strong classroom management and a positive approach to behaviour
* Understanding of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum and assessment
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a reliable and punctual attitude
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Assess and monitor pupil progress to support individual learning needs
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and promote its values
