Responsibilities Arrange weekly meetings for the business, record mins, update systems and share mins. Conduct company HSE audits, reporting non-conformance and quality issues. Support/conduct inductions for new starts & contractors, conduct manual handling training, ensure training records are kept updated & accurate at all times. Conduct data gathering & ensure critical tasks are completed on-time, fleet checks, stores audits, tender tracking, plant register – training will be provided. Compiling & maintaining sub-contractor documentation related to HSEQ. Assisting in incident reports. A FULL JOB SPEC AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. Requirements H&S Officer Job – minimum 2-3 years H&S experience in a commercial setting such as construction, factory, or utility, but open to other experience & ideally a H&S qualification. Experience in document control and updating databases. Proven ability to follow company processes, support a wider team and meet deadlines. Must have good Microsoft skills across Word & Excel. Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. For either job – you must be able to learn new processes, complete tasks on time and eventually work independently. Driving Licence Rewards £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. 21 Days annual leave plus stats.
