Your Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for returning vehicles to pre-accident condition with accuracy and efficiency. Your work will directly reflect our commitment to safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
14. Perform high-quality panel repairs and replacements
15. Accurately assess damage and identify appropriate repair methods
16. Align, weld, and finish panels to manufacturer specifications
17. Follow BS10125 safety and quality protocols
18. Help maintain a clean, organised, and safety-led workshop
What You Bring
19. Proven experience in panel beating and body repairs
20. Strong skills in welding, metalwork, and alignment
21. Exceptional attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
22. A reliable, team-first attitude and ability to work independently
23. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred)
