Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to take ownership of marketing across two complementary brands:
Focus of the Role
Brickendon (80%):
Drive marketing for a specialist financial services consultancy, building authority through thought leadership and SEO-led content across complex topics (e.g. regulatory change, credit risk, transformation). You will develop targeted campaigns to reach senior banking stakeholders (Programme Directors, COOs, Transformation Leads) and support the growth of a firm with a strong track record across Tier 1 banks.
Aduvo (20%):
Support a high-impact advisory brand by growing its digital presence, content, and lead generation. You will help position Aduvo as a trusted partner for founder-led and scaling businesses, working closely with the founder to translate real operator experience into compelling marketing.
This is a high-impact, in-house role with direct visibility to leadership, where you will own SEO, content, and digital performance, directly influencing brand visibility and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing across SEO, content, paid media, email, and social (primarily LinkedIn)
* Own SEO strategy and execution (keyword research, on-page, technical SEO)
* Build content clusters around high-intent topics (e.g. regulatory change, transformation, M&A, exit readiness)
* Create and optimise high-converting landing pages
* Develop authoritative B2B content (thought leadership, case studies, web copy, founder-led narratives)
* Lead founder-led LinkedIn strategy, crafting high-quality content and commentary for a senior audience
* Run performance campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, selective Meta) with a strong ROI focus
* Own analytics and reporting (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics, CRM)
* Use data to drive pipeline impact, not just traffic
* Design and manage email campaigns, nurture flows, and audience segmentation
What You Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally B2B services)
* Strong experience in SEO and landing page development
* Proven content creation and technical writing skills
* Hands-on experience with SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive)
* Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, commercial content
* Analytical mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
* Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independently
* Nice to Have
* Experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
* Video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere)
* Background in financial services, consulting, or tech
* Experience with influencer/creator collaboration
