Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Endpoint Manager (Intune) migration. This project is part of a larger Windows 10 to Windows 11 deployment programme for a high-profile client. The successful candidate will establish project governance from scratch and manage the entire delivery process, working closely with a small project management team and coordinating with technical engineers.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of the Endpoint Configuration Manager migration to Microsoft Intune.
2. Manage the project from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery by the strict deadline of 30th June.
3. Establish project governance, defining structure, reporting mechanisms, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
4. Provide clear status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Coordinate internal technical teams and engineers for on-site delivery.
6. Manage dependencies with other concurrent Windows 10-11 projects.
7. Operate effectively within a resource-constrained project management function.
Essential Skills
8. Proven experience in delivering IT infrastructure or endpoint management projects.
9. Previous exposure to Intune migrations and Windows OS upgrade programmes.
10. Ability to establish governance and control frameworks from scratch.
11. Strong delivery focus with experience in coordinating remote and on-site teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
12. Good customer-facing skills.
13. Comfortable working part-time (3 days per week) until the end of June.
