GSL Education are recruiting a committed Science Teacher to join partner schools in the Doncaster area, including DN2 and DN6, delivering engaging lessons that make scientific concepts accessible and exciting. As a Science Teacher, you will plan well-structured lessons, support pupils in developing practical and theoretical understanding, and create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and critical thinking. Main Responsibilities: Deliver lessons across various scientific disciplines. Support pupils in developing investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Maintain effective classroom management to create a focused learning atmosphere. Provide constructive feedback to support pupil progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum. Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate assessment records. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and experience as a Science Teacher. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A commitment to supporting learners of all abilities. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A responsible approach to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
