We have an exciting opportunity to join an established business as part of their sales administration team. The reason for the opportunity is due to a recent internal move.
The purpose of the role is to support the servicing of the company's clients by providing excellent customer service and supporting with telephone and email based queries.
Duties include:
- Taking calls from existing and new clients
- Dealing with order enquiries
- Supporting customers with choosing the correct product
- Booking drivers for collections
Due to the technical nature of the role, an aptitude for learning a new product base would be helpfl.
