Day & night shifts & Twilight shift (17:00 - 23:00) including alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation.
* Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
* Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
* Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

* Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
