What are we looking for in this position?

* Support with coordinating the scheduling of preventative maintenance and emergency service visits.
* Coordinate with engineering and quality departments to ensure timely implementation and documentation.
* Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely movement of goods.
* Supervise goods inspection, receipt, and dispatch to meet production and customer demands.
* Develop and maintain short- and long-term production plans aligned with demand forecasts.
* Coordinate with production, service, and sales teams to balance workloads and maximise throughput.
* Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities for components, materials, and services.
* Oversee inventory across warehouse, technician vans, and overseas hubs.
* Implement inventory controls to ensure availability, minimise waste, and support traceability.
* Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

What will we need you to have?

* Proven experience in an operational leadership role
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
