The Role As Accounts & Audit Assistant Manager, you will work directly with a broad range of clients, Partners and senior leadership, helping to deliver high-quality accounts and audit assignments across a growing portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include: Delivering accounts and audit work for a varied client base Taking ownership of assignments from planning through to completion Leading client meetings and building strong client relationships Supporting Partners and senior managers on client work Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members Managing multiple projects and deadlines Providing practical, commercially focused support to clients Identifying opportunities to improve client service and add value Working collaboratively across the wider accounts, audit and advisory teams The Candidate We are looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and confident working with both clients and colleagues.
You will ideally have: ACA or ACCA qualification Minimum of 3 years experience within accountancy practice Strong accounts and/or audit experience Confidence leading client conversations and managing client relationships Experience mentoring, supervising or supporting junior team members Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines A positive, team-focused and growth-minded approach Why Apply?
