Key Responsibilities
* Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
* Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
* Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store's success, and act as an ambassador while supporting local marketing efforts.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
* Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated retail sales success.
* Experience working in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
