Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced L & D Manager to join their clients expanding team in Pontefract. The purpose of the role; To lead the learning and development of all staff, driving a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, whilst maintaining “audit ready” standards of compliance with food safety regulations and your own training records. You will create and maintain up to date records, performing regular Training Needs Analysis to support the development of the company workforce, researching new initiatives and being up to date with any legislative changes. As part of this role, you will take an active lead in business communications with its team members, creating a consistent and engaging ‘voice’ of the company, allowing messages to be communicated effectively to colleagues of all levels.
