Overview
Would you be interested in joining a well established, multi disciplinary property consultancy to assist in the running of their Structural Team in Winchester?
The work includes a wide variety of buildings structures projects, including from large complex schemes up to £200m, to small, local client schemes. Work is both UK and international with interested clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors and developers. All materials are used, in particular concrete, steel and long span steel structures.
The firm has been running for over 50 years, continually invests in their people and keeps up to date with new technologies. They have a low staff turnover and pride themselves on technical excellence and delivery of projects on time and to high standard. The business has over 1,000 employees across the UK.
Responsibilities
This will be a senior appointment, where your responsibilities will include assisting with managing the structural team, dealing with clients, hands‑on design, taking responsibility for projects, budgets and winning work. You will be involved in business development, financial responsibility for your team and development and team growth.
Qualifications
Chartered MICE or MIStructE. Experience in a similar lead role is essential.
