Summary
BCA are looking for a Corporate Accountant to join their Group Service finance team.
What you'll do
As a corporate accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Holding companies Management Accountant in ensuring the smooth running of a number of Head Office companies, with activities ranging from month end routines to ensuring payments to suppliers are made on time.
Other key areas include preparing and reviewing VAT returns, administering Head Office recharges.
Who you are
Fully or nearly qualified accountant
VAT experience - preparing and analysing quarterly VAT returns
European Companies and multi-currency experience
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations (trade and loans)
Strong experience of balance sheet reconciliations and cash books
Strong experience of owning the trial balance for a number of Head Office companies
Experience of preparing subsidiary accounts on an annual basis supporting the annual audit requirements
Experience of budgeting and forecasting for Head Office companies
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
