Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Work closely with the FOH team to ensure a seamless dining experience. Requirements: Minimum five years commis chef experience. A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal cooking. Stock control, and budgeting abilities. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach with a positive and team-focused attitude.
