About the RoleWe are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Operative to join team in a fast-paced, chilled meat production environment.This is a hands-on role where you will support the delivery of high food safety and quality standards across our factory, working closely with Production, Hygiene, and Technical teams.Shift pattern Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30 but flexibility will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine quality checks throughout productionMonitor food safety and compliance in line with site standardsEnsure products meet customer specificationsComplete QA documentation accurately and on timeSupport enforcement of hygiene, PPE, and process controlsEscalate any food safety or quality concerns immediatelyWork closely with teams to maintain high standards across siteWhat Were Looking ForEssential:Good level of English (spoken & written)Comfortable working in a chilled factory environmentStrong attention to detailPositive, reliable, and proactive attitudeAdditional Requirements;Own transport preferred due to location and shift patternsFlexible and willing to learnAble to work independently and as part of a teamWhat they Offer;Competitive hourly rate depending on experienceFull training providedOpportunity to develop within a growing food businessSupportive team environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
