Proactive diary and inbox managementSupporting with travel arrangementsOpening new clients and mattersHandling billing and time recordingFinance-related tasksPreparing and amending legal documentsClient liaison
What we're looking for:
7 to 15 years' experience as a Legal PA in a top City or US law firmA positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional mannerRobust, resilient and able to take strong directionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilitiesA team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
