Here at Small Talk Nurseries, Wolverhampton are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to undertake their Level 3 on the apprenticeship framework. Training contributions will be funded by the nursery and all training will be provided on-site.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Support the management of daily nursery routines, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
* Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to senior staff as necessary.
* Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal development and nursery practices.
Requirements
* Previous experience with children is desirable, particularly in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Have a minimum of a Level 2 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare
* A background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and management skills are beneficial for supporting team dynamics.
* A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel if required for nursery activities.

This role is full time working between 36-40 hours a week. This role is an apprenticeship which will be on the apprentice wage which is £7.55ph.

Due to the nature of the work, we will require an additional criminal records check (or checks if more than one country) for anyone who has lived or worked abroad.
