FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Torrington Avenue, CV4
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm opportunities available
Start: Immediate
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established warehouse site based in Coventry (CV4 area).
The Role:
You will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance forklift to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating Counterbalance FLT trucks safely and efficiently
2. Loading and unloading vehicles
3. Moving stock within the warehouse and yard
4. Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
5. Supporting goods inwards and despatch
6. General warehouse duties as required
7. Adhering to all health & safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
8. Holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
9. Previous FLT and warehouse experience
10. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team
